If you’re an Allied Health Professional and you’ve never used AI, have just dabbled, or would like to start from the beginning, this workshop is for you – no technical expertise required!

This is a 3.5 hour online workshop for up to 25 participants per session to allow for discussion, questions and practice.

You will be emailed joining information 2 weeks prior to the course date. 

The workshop covers:

• What generative AI is and how it works
• Exploring AI models, including ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude
• Creating images with AI
• AI Ambient Scribes
• AI as a support not replacement for clinical work, administration and CPD
• Prompting techniques to get the best results
• Limitations, risks and ethical considerations

About the course facilitator: 

With 30 years experience as a Speech and Language Therapist (NHS and independent practice) Rachel has adapted as technology has advanced. Over the last 2.5 years Rachel has spent 1000s of hours getting to grips with generative AI’s capabilities and has been astounded by its possibilities. Regularly presenting for healthcare professionals, NHS Trusts, and AHP teams in the UK and abroad, she enjoys sharing her experience and inspiring others to enhance their practice through AI use in a creative, ethical and safe way.
